The Office of Information Technology is pleased to announce the opening of CO 123 as a Faculty and Staff Educational Technology
Development area.

CO 123, formerly dedicated to computer training, has begun its transformation to a "room of possibilities"- an environment where Faculty and Staff are encouraged to explore the uses and applications of technology within teaching and learning as well as departmental work. CO 123 features digital scanners, digital still cameras, a digital video camera, and the latest web page authoring, graphics production, and multimedia software for use within the lab.  Faculty and Staff members can work with the equipment and with software that they may not have on their own computers. CO123 also offers the services of two full-time technology consultants who can help Faculty effectively integrate technology into their classrooms through the use of web publishing, Blackboard, WebCT, Citrix and other technologies and help Staff members to determine the most efficient ways of approaching tasks through the use of technology.
