(1) A substitution was made between the first and second meeting.  Joyce Schaffer was the represnetative of the Library for the 1st meeting.  Between the February and March meeting an order from the Senate reorganized representation of Deans of the Graduate School and the Library into the listing of Academic Unit.  The position formerly held for the Library was returned to a representative of the Library (Schaffer) and Mallery was assigned as Proxy to the Dean.
